The IIRRM Board of Trustees is composed of a distinguished group of physicians who bring extensive experience, expertise, and dedication to advancing the research, education, and clinical practice of Restorative Reproductive Medicine.  The International Institute for Restorative Reproductive Medicine (IIRRM), a registered international charity and Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) based in the United Kingdom, is governed by a Council of Trustees, which includes the Board of Directors. The Trustees are responsible for the governance and strategic direction of the organization.

To support regional representation, IIRRM also appoints leaders in the field of Restorative Reproductive Medicine (RRM) at all levels of their career to serve on its International Advisory Committees (IACs) and Adjunct Roles.
