Dr. Phil Boyle is a dual U.S./Irish citizen and board-certified family physician who serves as President of the International Institute for Restorative Reproductive Medicine. Dr. Boyle developed the Neo Fertility method of restorative reproductive medicine, and is founder and medical director of the Neo Fertility Clinic in Dublin, Ireland, as well as co-founder of the Chart Neo fertility app. He graduated in Medicine from University of Galway and is a member of the Irish College of General Practitioners (MICGP) and the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP).
