Journal Club: Natural conception rates in subfertile couples following fertility awareness training

Sub-fertile couples who were taught about fertility awareness had a natural conception rate of 38% compared to 21.6% for those who were not after 8 months. This increased to increased to 56% after 1-2 years. Tentative conclusion of the study : “Training women to identify their fertile window in the menstrual cycle seems to be a reasonable first-line therapy in the management of subfertility.”
