Resources
The International Institute for RRM offers numerous resources for health care professionals who practice or who are interested in RRM. We also provide information and links for patients and the public who share our commitment to an approach that instils them with knowledge and makes them a genuine active partner in reproductive health decisions, rather than merely a passive recipient.
For Patients
One of the keys to successful Restorative Reproductive Medical treatment is its focus on genuine collaboration between the clinician and the patient. The patients quickly become empowered as their charting forms the basis for all investigations and treatments. The chart allows the couple to objectively assess the impact of interventions; the clinician combines this information with results from timed tests, including labs and ultrasound, to further refine and personalize the RRM treatment. RRM is not limited to medical treatment, but incorporates specialized surgical and interventionist techniques as well. While most of the focus in reproductive health is on women, the principals apply equally to male reproductive problems (Restorative Andrology), or find a physician in your area that provides these methods. Learn more about how RRM applies to all aspects of reproductive health below or find a physician in your area that provides these methods.
What is the published evidence for Restorative Reproductive Medicine and NaProTECHNOLOGY?
The JABFM journal article published in Sept/Oct 2008 is an evaluation of Outcomes for NPT infertility treatment. A 2018 study looked at patient outcomes with RRM after failed IVF attempts.
Additional references can be found in our research pages. As well, a comprehensive summary of published research and specific research in NPT through early 2004 is published in the textbook, “The Medical and Surgical Practice of NaProTECHNOLOGY.”
