Improvements in genetic testing have obvious benefits, particularly in RRM. The ability to identify co-morbidities, provide diagnosis to the male and answers to the couple seeking to conceive, as well as predict the reproductive health of the couples offspring. With few genes identified so far, this review emphasizes the need for more male infertility genomics research in order to improve diagnostics and patient care.
